This one-on-one remote coaching plan is intended for instrument rating students who already have a solid foundation in instrument scanning and basic navigation, but would like to practice the basic mechanics of flying instrument approaches and partial panel in their simulator, as well as gain an introduction to the basic flow of a full IFR flight. 

Syllabus

  • Session 1 (90 mins) Non-precision approaches & missed approaches
  • Session 2 (90 mins) Precision approaches & missed approaches
  • Session 3 (90 mins) DME Arcs
  • Session 4 (90 mins) Complete IFR flight between controlled airports
