About Me

With a passion for flight simulation spanning over two decades, my journey began in 1998, thanks to my dad who purchased my first flight sim software (FS98).

Since then, I have used various flight simulation software, including MSFS and X-Plane. I have extensive experience configuring a wide range of peripherals and controls, including yokes, throttle quadrants, joysticks, and touch screens. I am also proficient with multi-monitor setups and have expertise in addon installation and troubleshooting.

As an active member of the global flight simulation community, I continuously engage with fellow enthusiasts, sharing knowledge and staying updated with the latest advancements in the field. My passion for flight simulation drives me to explore new technologies and contribute to the community's growth and innovation.

I have a strong technical background as a controls engineer, and on the side, I am also involved in developing flight simulation scenery addons.

“Went great Tech setup”

— Jayde K.
Instrument Rating Student (03/20/2026)

“Diego was awesome! Extremely knowledgeable on the technical side which was exactly what I needed to get my sim set up and running. It was really a good thing that I had my local computer guy, Adam, at my side though. I would not have been able to keep up with Diego and would have had trouble just setting up the FSC Zoom connection. I’m a pilot, and an old one at that. Although I have flown glass cockpits, I’m not a computer whiz. My recommendation for old farts like me is to have a knowledgeable gamer or computer tech at your elbow during the FSC sessions. We were able to maximize Diego’s expertise and get a lot done. Without Adam on hand I’m afraid it would have been very frustrating for both Diego and I. As it turned out it was a very good, very productive session. We went from an assembled but never used sim to the point where all the controls were functioning and I was able to take off, do a VFR circuit and land the C172 by the end of the session. Next stop: the PMDG 737-600, an airplane I have never flown but have thousand of hours in it’s big brothers (sisters?) the 757, 767, and 747. We’ll be back with Diego to set all that up in the near future.”
