Why We Charge For This
Most “best PC for flight sim” guides are free because they make money from affiliate links — they get paid when you click and buy. That creates an incentive to recommend whatever pays the highest commission.
We don’t do affiliate links. This guide exists because we’ve spent years helping students choose and configure their systems, and we wanted to share that knowledge without the conflict of interest. The price covers the time it takes to keep recommendations current.
Who This Is For
- You’re buying a PC for MSFS 2024, X-Plane, DCS, or another flight sim
- You don’t want to spend hours comparing specs and reading reviews
- You want honest recommendations from people who actually use these systems
What’s Included
- Recommended builds for all five tiers (Budget through Ultimate)
- Direct purchase links to US retailers
- Regular updates as prices and availability change
- Interactive 16-point pre-buy checklist
