Will I have access to content after the 3-month program ends?
No, access to recordings, materials, and the private Discord is only available during the 3-month program period. If you’re interested in lifetime access to the video content, please check out our complete ground school package.
What’s the format of the weekly quizzes?
Each quiz contains 5-10 questions designed to reinforce key concepts from that week’s lesson.
How do the podcast versions compare to the video content?
The podcasts contain the same audio from the class recordings. While you won’t see the visual demonstrations, they’re perfect for reviewing and reinforcing concepts during your commute or other activities.
Is the video content different from the free classes?
The recordings are of the same live classes we offer for free. The Pro version gives you the flexibility to watch them on your own schedule and includes all the additional learning tools and support.
What kind of support is available in the private Discord?
The Discord community is specifically for questions about course content and materials. While our instructors are happy to help clarify concepts from the lessons, we cannot provide general flight instruction or simulator technical support.
When is additional content released after each class?
We aim to release the podcast version, flashcards, and weekly quiz within 24 hours after each class concludes.
How is scoring and certification handled?
To earn your completion certificate and be eligible for the free lesson prize:
- You must achieve at least 70% on the final simulated PPL knowledge test (the same passing threshold as the real FAA exam)
- Weekly quizzes and the final test cannot be retaken
Your final ranking is calculated from:
- 50% from your weekly quiz average
- 50% from your simulated PPL knowledge test score
The student with the highest combined score wins a free one-hour lesson with any of our instructors. In the event of a tie for the highest score, we’ll randomly select one winner from among the tied students.
How will I appear on the leaderboard?
To maintain privacy, we display only your initials (e.g., “J.S.”) on the leaderboard. If you’d prefer to use your full name or a nickname, just let us know.
Is this a subscription that will auto-renew?
No, this is a one-time purchase for the full 3-month program. You won’t be charged again or auto-enrolled in future cohorts – there are no additional or hidden fees.
What is your refund policy?
We offer a 10-day satisfaction guarantee to ensure you can fully evaluate the program, including the class recordings, flashcards, quiz, and other learning tools that are released shortly after each class. If you decide the program isn’t right for you within this period, simply email us within your first 10 days to request a refund.
