Flight Simulator Post-Purchase Installation and Tech Support (1 hr)


  • Let our flight simulator specialist assist with technical issues or setting up your new simulator after it arrives.
  • Duration: 1 hour. Purchase as many hours as you need.
  • After purchase, you will receive a link to schedule an appointment on their calendar.
  • Our sim specialist is generally available from 7 AM – 6 PM eastern time (Monday – Friday). If you want to schedule a consult outside of these times, please email us first before purchasing (info@flightsimcoach.com).


  • We typically use Zoom for sharing your screen and audio. Ensure you have a working microphone that we can use for clear communication. We recommend testing your audio prior to our first session by conducting a Zoom test call. Use of webcams is at your discretion.
  • Cancellation policy: For cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice, we reserve the right to charge 50% of the scheduled time of the lesson.
