“Nick helped me set up FS2024 on my computer. WOW! He is amazingly fast at changing the settings and fixing things. I have a Honeycomb Alpha yoke, Logitech throttle, and Thrustmaster T-Rudder pedals. He adjusted many settings, ran several updates to the computer, graphics card, drivers, and MSFS 2024. He got the graphics working fine on ULTRA settings, and fixed issues with the brakes and parking brake that took some troubleshooting. “As just a beginner in siming, I had put together a flight Sim “cockpit” with MSFS 2024, a tower, Alpha, Bravo, & peddles. Everything seemed to be going well, until I found that the Bravo quadrant was not functioning. With the help of You Tube videos I discovered that the Bravo was physically connecting. “Note that I have a personal policy of NOT responding to “How’d we do?” inquiries because if I did, I’d spend an appreciable amount of time doing so since everyone these days asks for feedback. So, I only rarely respond when I feel strongly. This is about a couple support sessions I had with Nick Marcantonio. I was having trouble getting a G500 to work with X-Plane 12. I did everything right a couple times, but the plugin would consistently crash XP. Initially, I went to the manufacturer for support. Their tech experienced the same problem and was unable to fix it, ultimately just skipping out on our subsequent scheduled support sessions. I complained to the company and they actually refunded my support fee. Meanwhile, I tried Flight Sim Coach. Mike Catalfamo referred me to Nick and I purchased one two-hour support session. Nick very reasonably just started over, by first updating everything, then installing the components I needed. When he got to the G500, it would crash XP, just like before. He dug around for just a few minutes, and even though the plugin for the G500 said it was for XP11 and XP12, he found an updated plugin (that wasn’t obvious) and it worked properly. Clearly Nick is a true expert on this environment. My sim is not a simple configuration, yet Nick was undaunted and just took it all in stride. He finished our first support session and I immediately scheduled another because, while I like to think I could do most of this … eventually, he has thus far known exactly what to do almost every time. So, in the second session, we continued just fine tuning things to get everything working smoothly. I’m grateful for Nick’s help and will happily utilize his services the next time I need some efficient tweaking of my system. (I might even give him a breather from support and schedule a coaching session. )”

“5 Stars! My Equipment: MSFS 2020, PMDG 737, Xbox, Thrust Master Yoke, Pedals, Throttle Quadrant. My Experience: Active B737 Captain. My Issues: Cold and dark on start with no way of performing electrical start up, yoke stuck in the hard left position, continuous cockpit drift left and right, control binding issues. Fix: Nick was excellent, he quickly fixed the drift issue and then moved onto the cold and dark issue. PMDG was reinstalled but didn’t initially fix the issue. However Nick never gave up and through trial and error/trouble shooting the issue was fixed with 15 minutes of the session left. That was enough time to tidy up the control binding issues. The whole system has never worked this well and I am relaxed knowing that if any other issues come up I know exactly where to go to get them fixed!”
