FSC Pro FAQ
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Manage or cancel your membership anytime from your account — no emails, no phone calls. If you cancel, you keep access through the end of the period you’ve paid for.
Is one-on-one coaching included?
No — live instruction is booked and billed separately, exactly as it is for non-members. FSC Pro is the self-serve side: the reports, courses, tools, and guides.
Do I need the FSC Hub app?
No. The reports library, courses, and guides all work in your browser. The Windows Hub app provides diagnostics and FSC Hub Pro tools. It’s free to download whether or not you join — the Pro tools unlock when you sign in. It works with MSFS and X-Plane; the Hub page lists which tools work with which sim.
I already bought a Jumpstart course. Do I lose anything?
No. Anything you’ve purchased is yours regardless of membership. Pro simply includes those courses for members who haven’t bought them.
